After an incredible peak with the FGB groups, the PPZ classes have been taking a little bit of a break to recover and get ready for the next training phase. We're beginning to ramp up for a powerlifting phase (inspired by Catalyst Fitness), starting a new speed/agility program, and will be working on maintaining our beep test fitness. Upcoming events............powerlifting meet in December!!!!!! Three exercises.....bench, box squat, and hex bar. Add all three up to determine the champ in each of the weight class divisions.
